Shipping

We ship from our kitchen at 2341 S Washington Blvd in Ogden, Utah.

Processing time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or around holidays, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Domestic shipping

We ship across the United States via USPS and UPS. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International shipping

We ship to a range of international destinations. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs and duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please email hello@atlasteacompany.com.

Local pickup and catering

Local pickup from our Ogden location is available for catering orders by arrangement. Please contact us directly to coordinate timing.

Lost or delayed packages

Once a package leaves our hands, transit is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or appears lost, please reach out and we will help you file a claim and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
