Tea is made of dormant life –leaves, fruits, roots, flowers.Once alive, experiencing, growing, its essence then preserved, compartmentalized, shelved.

Take a ‘tea bag’ from the shelf within you, some remnant of life saved, once at full strength.Add medicinal warm-to-hot water.Stay in that moment, let it steep.Feel it.

The moment becomes soft, tender, dilute. It can be sipped, held, digested.Freeing what was dormant frees you to feelfully alive.

Feel it. Free it.One ‘tea bag’ at a time.

FAQs

Where does your tea come from?

Atlas Tea Company doesn't import its own tea yet… what we do is choose a source we trust. Our current wholesaler supplies teas directly sourced from the farmers and growers and not through the commodity market. Depending on the tea, these farms are located in China, Taiwan, India, Sri Lanka or Egypt.

Loose leaf or teabags?

The concept of Atlas Tea Company is tea on-the-go. Our hot tea menu serves full-leaf tea in pyramid sachets. Our retail tea pouches also contain pyramid sachets, in order to fit a modern lifestyle. Each sachet contains the same quality of tea that loose leaf can offer. Our specialty and iced teas are brewed with loose leaf tea and strained before serving.

Do you have caffeine-free options?

Yes. Our menu includes a variety of herbal selections that are naturally caffeine-free.

Is your tea organic?

Our wholesaler does not claim organic certification. There is no significant evidence that non-organic tea is unsafe to drink, and certification is complex and costly enough that many small farms growing tea that would qualify never formally pursue it.

Are your teas allergen-friendly?

The tea itself is gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and vegan, with no sugar or calories until you add milk or sweetener. A few flavored blends are exceptions. If you have a serious allergy please tell us and we'll walk you through the options.
